You may be surprised to hear that the XJC left the factory with one of
only two types of wheel. Yes, that is correct...two types
only. Although other types were available at different stages of
XJC production, they were options available from the dealer but not the
factory.
One XJC was offered for sale last year in North America. It was
advertised as, " the only XJC to leave the factory with wire
wheels." This just is not true of course.
Somebody else must have had the same coupe because another was seen with
the words, " comes with factory fitted wire wheels."
